Staff Training & Development
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating staff training sessions.
- Help update training materials and onboarding resources.
Human Resources Support
- Maintain HR files and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Support recruitment activities such as posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
Strategic Plan Implementation
-Support the coordination and tracking of goals outlined in the organization’s strategic plan.
-Assist in gathering data, updating action plans, and preparing progress summaries.
- Assist in developing, updating, and tracking the organization’s IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity & Accessibility) Action Plan.
- Help review policies, procedures, training materials, and program practices through an IDEA lens.
Programming & Operations
- Assist with planning, organizing, and evaluating programs.
- Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and program quality.
