• Assist in creating delicious nutritional meals for senior clients (menu)
• Prepare and cook complete nutritional meals, while maintaining a clean organized work area
• Experience in large quantity meal preparation is an asset
• Current food safety certificate an asset
• Assist in maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment
• Team player/minimal supervision
• Multitask/organizational skills
• Ability to help with food deliveries – Can be physically demanding
• Works days Monday – Friday
• Drivers licence an asset
• Must speak English, bilingualism an asset

The hired person will work with our resource development director and administrative support person, assisting in fundraising campaign activities and helping with various tasks. Under the guidance and direction of the Administrative Support Person, the hired person will assist performing day-to-day administrative functions for the office. This position provides confidential and non-confidential administrative, clerical, and reception support. Maintenance of physical and electronic filing systems; Contribute to team-wide communications and knowledge management, and participate in team meetings; Act as a liaison/contact point for clients and general public including but not limited to providing: updates on timelines; Intermediary supports between clients and project supervisors/managers; management of general info, email & phone; Sorting, organizing, and filing of receipts and various records; Other duties as assigned.
