The employees would assist the Course Superintendent in the maintenance and care of the golf course. They would be operating grass cutters, snipper whippers, bushwhackers, lawn mowers and other light equipment. They would be mowing fairways, rough and greens, painting, picking up garbage, collecting range balls, and assist in maintaining golf power carts and other tasks assigned by the Superintendent. They would report to the super on a daily basis.

This position will have two areas of responsibility. Working with children as an art camp instructor, you will be responsible for the planning, preparation and instruction of a series of art camps at the River Art Centre in Florenceville-Bristol. You will be mentored by an art educator and will receive ongoing support and be required to attend art workshops over the summer. The second area of responsibility is as a Gallery Administration Assistant which includes reception, answering & returning calls, promoting the exhibitions and artists, registration for programming and events, art sales, gallery installations, office tasks. Early Childhood Education, Education and/or post secondary visual art students are encouraged to apply. Requirements: Grade 12 and up. Must enjoy children, be outgoing, responsible, resourceful, effective communicator, have leadership and organizational skill, and a willingness to learn. Experience making art is an asset but not a requirement.

The Recreation Program Leader (RPL) will be responsible for creating and delivering environmental, recreational and fishing-related programs to Day Campers aged 5-12 attending the Hammond River Nature Camp. They will be tasked with planning, organizing and delivering a summer-long program for the children, teaching them about fisheries and forest conservation in the Fundy Royal area. Programs from previous years include tree-planting, insect collecting/identifying, fishing, fly-tying, swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, sports, field games, wetland tours, wildlife identification, environmental education and environmental clean-up activities. The Recreation Program Leader will coordinate the Day Camp Counsellors’ activities and ensure the programming is educational and entertaining.
