The incumbent will be responsible for implementing water safety measures for patrons, instructing Lifesaving Society swim programs for all age groups, and providing swim instruction tailored to adults and seniors. They will actively engage with participants during autism swim sessions and ensure adherence to safety protocols in accordance with recommendations from the Department of Health.

Additionally, the role involves basic administrative duties, including handling payments, processing program registrations, and addressing inquiries from the general public in a professional and courteous manner. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to customer service.

Office Duties:
-plan and design on field activities for children ages 2-12 years old
-plan and organize special events (festivals, theme nights)
-coordinate program delivery with the support of volunteer coaches
-deliver on soccer club communication strategies to volunteer coaches and parents
-create social media content for upcoming programs and events
-respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
-administrative duties will be a mix of in office and remote/at home

On Field Duties:
-deliver soccer programs on field following the Canada Soccer Coach Manuals
-deliver small sided games in line with Canada Soccer Game Formats
-contribute to soccer camps and clinics with other Club Soccer Coordinators
-deliver soccer programs in a safe and transformational way (training provided by the club)
-work with municipal staff and club staff to ensure the quality and safety of field surfaces

Team Collaboration: Collaborate wth counselors and staff for a cohesive camp experience
