Duties
• Educate residents about recycling and composting
• Conduct waste audits & curbside surveys

• Attend local events to promote waste reduction

• Conduct summer camp activities for children
• Conduct Puppet Show for Grade 2 students
Qualifications
• Post-Secondary student
• Excellent communications skills, organized and responsible.
• Passionate about the environment and waste reduction
• Bilingual is a definite asset.

BNB Summer Camp Coaches will be running youth summer basketball camps around New Brunswick. Working closely with our technical director, they will be tasked with planning, organizing and executing summer camps in various regions around the province. Camps will be targeted for youth aged 7-16 and primarily based on teaching basketball skills to young players.

Responsible for basic grounds care, lawn mowing, planting and maintaining flower & vegetable gardens. Painting and general outdoor improvements. Construction and brainstorming within group sessions while designing booths and displays. Repairs, cleaning, and minor renovations of interior buildings and barns. Employees will be invited to problem solve and offer creative ideas in the construction of various booths, and props to accommodate new attractions. During our Fair, students will be required to provide friendly effective customer service to ensure patrons needs are met. Assist in the maintenance common areas of the Hampton Community Garden (HCG), and help with food production for the Hampton Food Basket (HFB). This work will includes: - preparation of garden beds, including digging, spreading compost, planting and trans-planting; - care of garden beds through the summer, including weeding; - harvesting of food from these beds, and cleaning and delivering to Hampton Food Basket; - documenting the quantity of food delivered to the Food Basket from the Community Garden; mulching common pathways; assist in mowing common areas
