A lifeguard must first and foremost ensure the safety of the public and all those persons in or around the pool. They must perform up to the standards of the Canadian Red Cross and Royal Life Saving Society. They will follow the directives of their team supervisor, perform daily facility maintenance and cleaning as required, be properly prepared to conduct lessons, be responsible with financial transactions, be cooperative, punctual and conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times. A Lifeguard must also enforce rules and regulations for the safety of all swimmers and guest.

b. A full-time student attending a post-secondary institution currently or in the fall of September 2024
5. Criminal Record Check
Beneficial and Advantageous Qualifications:
1. Driver’s License and operable vehicle
2. First Aid , Food Preparation and CPR (will be provided if not)
3. Available to work flexible hours (evenings and weekends)

The Production Assistant will work closely with the station manager and producers to ensure that all stages of the production process run smoothly, from pre-production through to post-production. He/she will be assigned responsibilities, both on and off set, that range from the setting up of studio equipment and facilities, contributing creative ideas and strategic thinking to projects in development, sourcing breaking news stories relevant to the Southwest New Brunswick region, and assisting the camera crew and station manager during the filming of both live and scheduled programming. The ideal candidate will also handle key administrative duties such as securing filming locations and interview opportunities by liaising with publicists, members of the general public and other key representatives relevant to the Southwest New Brunswick region.

-Certified ELCC or Canoe Kids Certification (wage increase if completed)
-New Brunswick Pleasure Craft Operator Certification
-Standard First Aid & Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certification
• Provide a Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector
• Complete the Safe Sport Training course
