The Back Bay Church of Christ is working together with our affiliate congregations to hire a spiritual, independent, motivated student to support various ministries of the Church. Work will include supervised maintenance of the Church building and grounds located in Back Bay as well as outreach to youth in the surrounding area by helping to run youth camps at Bayview Christian Camp, located on nearby Deer Island. This position will give students the opportunity to introduce kids to Jesus and strengthen their faith. They will learn safe house keeping skills, first aid and practices/standards such as cleaning/maintenance of our church buildings, camp lawns, sports fields, mess halls, camp cabins.
They will learn valuable people/leadership skills and lead kids in worship, singing, outdoor activities, games and sports, while participating in an unforgettable and enjoyable experience for the campers and themselves by creating memories that will last a lifetime.
