The incumbent will be responsible for implementing water safety measures for patrons, instructing Lifesaving Society swim programs for all age groups, and providing swim instruction tailored to adults and seniors. They will actively engage with participants during autism swim sessions and ensure adherence to safety protocols in accordance with recommendations from the Department of Health.

Additionally, the role involves basic administrative duties, including handling payments, processing program registrations, and addressing inquiries from the general public in a professional and courteous manner. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to customer service.
