The Administrative Coordinator plays an integral role in ensuring the FDSA’s effective and efficient operations over the summer season. Specific duties include: Program Administration – Managing program registrations; Supporting referee assignments and availability; Updating the master schedule and re-scheduling activities as needed; Assisting with the sorting and pick up of merchandise by teams/individuals Policy Development – Assisting with the Club Licensing process; Reviewing and updating current club policies Communications – Keeping the website up to date; Assisting with the development of the season’s social media plan; Coordinating social media channels and content; Developing and distributing the FDSA newsletter Reception – Responding to inquiries via phone and email; Greeting clients when they arrive at the office and manage their needs; Fostering a welcoming and presentable office space

The Program Coordinators play an essential role in the FDSA’s summer programming. Each Coordinator will lead one of the FDSA’s community division programs and be the primary point of contact on the following aspects: Technical – Implementing Club curriculum and delivering technical sessions for one of the FDSA's community programs; Overseeing technical staff coaches for that respective community program; Monitoring the training being done by each coach, and providing feedback Administrative – Recruiting and assigning volunteer coaches to teams in respective community program; Assisting with program registration; Developing, maintaining, and communicating league schedules; Building relationships with coaches, volunteers, players, and parents in respective community program; Gathering formal and informal feedback to help improve programs Other – Assisting with the development and delivery of key events throughout the summer; Communicating and collaborating with fellow summer staff
