Facility Maintenance & Operations: Oversee and execute routine inspections, maintenance, and repair of building systems.
Project Management: Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to implement improvement projects aligned with safety and operational goals.
Sustainability Initiatives: Identify and implement energy-efficient and sustainable practices to reduce operating costs and environmental impact.
Asset Management: Maintain records of all maintenance schedules, repairs, and warranties for building equipment and infrastructure.
Equipment Troubleshooting: Diagnose issues with facility systems, machinery, and tools. Make necessary repairs or coordinate with specialized technicians for complex repairs.
Groundskeeping: Maintain the exterior of the facility, including landscaping, and ensuring parking lots, walkways, and entrances are safe, accessible and visually appealing.
