Manage registration for all club programs, lessons, camps, events, memberships. Assist Executive with organizing and promotion of Club events. Respond to Phone and email inquiries. Weekly written communication to membership. Update Club website. Submit staff timesheets to Treasurer. . Provide leadership and support to student instructors. Manage and contribute to Club Maintenance Checklist requirements.

 Assist in the planning, design, and implementation of municipal infrastructure projects.
 Conduct field inspections and surveys to assess the condition of roads, bridges, and other infrastructure assets.
 Collaborate with engineering staff to analyze data, prepare reports, and make recommendations for infrastructure improvements.
 Provide support in the review of engineering drawings, specifications, and construction plans.
 Assist with project coordination, including liaising with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
 Participate in meetings, site visits, and other relevant activities as required.

Staff will be responsible for the daily supervision of a waterfront beach within Rothesay. Duties will include swimming lessons, beach supervision and clean up of the site.

Playground Program leaders will be responsible for the overall operation of a summer program for youth ages 5-12. The program will run daily at various locations in Rothesay.
