Cabin Counsellors work in teams, sleep in the same cabin as their campers, and supervise them during all activities and meals. Cabin groups can range from four to twelve campers, and they will always be working alongside at least one other staff member.

Under the direction and supervision of the Senior and Master Guides, a Guide will provide safe, fun rappelling, zip lining and group challenge experiences to clients.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Participate in any training related to safety, first aid, and adventure
Work under the supervision of the Senior and/or Master Guides
Ensure the clients sign waivers, prior to gearing up for an activity
Meeting, equipping, and briefing clients, as per the official, board-approved adventure manual standards, provided by the Master Guide Instructors
Lead activity practice and demonstrations
Rigging and belaying clients
Under the supervision of the Master Guide, perform rescue duties
Clean, inspect, and store Adventure activity equipment
Report all equipment in questionable condition immediately to the Master Guide
Wear appropriate personal protection equipment at all times while guiding

The festival organizer assistant will partner with the festival organizer to support the Artistic Director as well as various other Larlee Creek Hullabaloo committee members during the weeks leading up to and including the week of the festival event. Some of the duties will include taking phone calls and email inquiries and assembling festival crew and volunteer information booklets. Supporting the coordination and delivery of auditions for local (non-professional) aspiring artists. Coordinating rentals for the festival event, preparing and distribution of sponsorship packages. The festival organizer assistant will also be the main point of contact for people of the community as well as the committee members.
