ScotDance New Brunswick is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic student to join our team as an Operations Intern. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting the overall operations of our non-profit organization. Your responsibilities will include assisting with documentation, establishing processes, website management, marketing, grant applications, and other tasks necessary for the smooth functioning of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Creation and maintenance of documentation, policies and procedures (competitions, events, etc)
- Establish and improve processes and workflows
- Update the SDNB website
- Support marketing efforts by creating standard promotional materials, managing social media accounts, and assisting with outreach campaigns
- Conduct research and assist in the preparation of grant applications to secure funding for initiatives
- Provide general administrative support to the organization, including data entry, record keeping, and correspondence

• Certified ELCC or Canoe Kids Certification (wage increase if completed)
• New Brunswick Pleasure Craft Operator Certification
• Standard First Aid & Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certification
Successful applicants must:
• Provide a Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector
• Complete the Safe Sport Training course
